Sustainability & CSR consultancy firm Sustainalize continues to expand its geographic boundaries with the opening of a new office in Melbourne, Australia. The office will be managed by Amy White, an Australian expat who returned to Australia after working in The Netherlands as the Corporate Sustainability Manager at Nutreco.
Amy has a passion for sustainable food production and a PhD in Life Cycle Assessment. Over the past 12 years she has held multiple roles in the agri-food sector from which she has gained practical experience with sustainability reporting, setting and implementing sustainability strategy, developing data collection and reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement.
“I am very excited to be working with the Sustainalize team and bringing their pragmatic approach to the Australian market where I am positive it will be well received.”
Nick de Ruiter (partner Sustainalize) will travelling to Australia in March to help Amy spread the word that Sustainalize Australia is open for business. “This is a great opportunity to build upon our experience in Europe and to explore new opportunities in another part of the world“ says Nick about the new venture. “ We are looking forward to learning more about the needs of the Australian market and to help them advance their sustainability agenda.”
