Key Performance Indicators are an essential element of any company strategy, as they help to identify the gap between where a company is now and where they want to be in the future.  Therefore, one of the most important steps is actually making sure the right indicators and measurements are selected. Which is easier said than done. This can be particularly challenging for multi-national organizations that need to select KPIs that are both globally and locally relevant. In this episode we are joined by Jaap Petraeus, who was instrumental in the development of the international Dairy Sustainability Framework, to talk us through how they approached this.
